Diaper bag scavenger hunt
How much is that doggie in the window?
Now that Caroline is on the move...she is simply fascinated by the dog. She even had to go to the patio door to watch Tilly outside. I guess her parents are just that entertaining, huh?
And the doggie in the window is....FREE~ to a good home. It's official...the Smith's have to make some changes. Any takers?

My girls
Rick captured this shot yesterday while watching 'the girls.' I think it turned out pretty cute. I'm amazed the dog sat still for it. She hates the camera flash, but I guess she must have been thrown off by Rick actually using the camera instead of me. We're definitely keeping the cute girl above...not so sure about the furry one lately! Anyone??

ELEVEN MONTHS!
As promised, here's our tutu photo shoot.
I'm lucky to have gotten any of these shots. All Caroline wanted to do was crawl away! Yes, we've been crawling officially for about a week and we're into everything!
I had to sing "If You're Happy & You Know It" to get her to stop crawling and clap her hands!
This is what most of the shots look like...of this or of her back side wandering away. She doesn't want her toys...she wants the speck of dust, trash, or dog hair she finds on the floor. Nice!
She also now dances if you ask her to. She is definitely a music lover. She'll bounce at even the slightest rhythm.
Here's one shot on her quilt. Every time I put her on it, she just crawled away too fast!
...unless somehow distracted!
At eleven months we are eating a lot of table food now. She loves mac & cheese- eats it two fisted, likes bananas, watermelon, beans, meats, cheeses, cheerios, puffs, and more! She's still sleeping great and taking two good naps a day. Not one tooth yet, but we can see one budding on the bottom, so it won't be long. She loves babies and kids and giggles out loud when she sees them in a book or on tv. She waves bye-bye way up high above her head and even says bye now. She loves her Daddy and says Dada all the time. She also says Mama, but mostly says this when she's cranky. If she picks something off the floor she shouldn't have, she'll hand it to you if you say "Thank You." She's also learning the meaning of no, as she often crawls into areas she shouldn't. She is still a delight to all around her and is the happiest baby in the world. We feel so blessed, and can't believe in another month we'll have a one year old. What a ride it has been!

Go Bucks!
It was a fun day at home. We started out with a trip downtown for the Festifair. Daddy got himself a Brutus to display, and he purchased a hair bow for Caroline in honor of game day.
Mommy made a purchase as well....a pink tutu set for Caroline - watch for this in a future blog post. I couldn't let the entire day be about sports!
And I love this final pic of my family. Caroline was all giggles as Daddy tickled her! We enjoyed watching the game later on with family and friends. A Buckeye win, and a great day together-what more could we ask for?
