Lucy did great at the dr. today- although it might have helped if I'd remembered to take the Tylenol with us when I dropped her off for niece Hannah to watch tonight! Sorry, Hannah!
Lucy weighs a hearty 15 lb, 10 oz and is 25 and 3/4 inches long. Wowee! No wonder my shoulders hurt from carrying a bowling ball around all day. She's a strong little girl (Can I still say little?)
Just yesterday she decided to roll over for the first time! She was in her crib on her tummy one minute and when I looked back again she was on her back and quite surprised! We'll have to try some tummy time again when she's not sleepy so we can catch her in the act. She's performing just like she should and the doc think she looks great.
Caroline also had a first happen this week- her first trip to the movies! Tonight we took her to see Winnie the Pooh. She did pretty well. Had there not been previews she might have lasted a bit longer, but an hour is a long time for a toddler to sit still, especially after a long car ride. (Which was even longer since the first theater's projector broke!) She didn't quite get the whole 'quiet' idea but luckily there weren't too many people around us. She's just so friendly that she wanted to just say hi to the others in the theater, and any time she heard kids giggle, she giggled right along with them! Who doesn't love that willy nilly silly ol' bear?

FOUR MONTHS!
Here's our sweet little girl - I can't believe it's been four months already!
Peaks of red hair poking through, and check out that double chin!
Love this dazed expression!
And oh-so-full of smiles these days!
Just one dimple, but it's a cutie!
I love how she grabs her hands and folds them up.
Giggling at Mommy!
Just precious.
Perhaps not so precious, but I had to capture those thighs. Oh. my.
Practicing her prayers again.
Growing like crazy- into those 6 month clothes and going for the sz 2 diapers.
But just as charming as ever!
She's had the helmet two weeks now, and already we can see a difference. No more ridge on top, and more rounding out.
Lucy is babbling, drooling, giggling, grabbing toys and putting them in her mouth, smiling at her sister, watching television and following pretty much any moving object with her eyes. I'm anxious to see what she weighs when we go to the pedi on Thursday. She's definitely a strong girl- I can't believe how well she holds that head up, helmet and all. For a peek at Caroline's four month photos, click here. I think Lucy is favoring her sister more and more, and she gets prettier every day. What fun we have, and how blessed we are!

Giggles with Lucy!
Not sure if this came through or not. Caroline and I had fun trying to get Lucy to giggle tonight. We giggled right along with her!

What we did today...
We gave Lucy a little helmet break so her forehead could heal a bit. Poor thing has a red mark where it hits her when she sleeps. She doesn't seem to mind a bit, though!
St. Brendan Invasion!
Peeking and saying 'cheese' when she saw Mommy grab the camera!

A few helmet smiles!
Here's our girl in much better spirits!
Rockin that helmet, for sure!
Stay tuned, because Mommy's friend Kelly is working now on ways to add some girl flair to this!
Love!
Hey now, you're just jealous that I've got the coolest Halloween costume ever and I get to wear it now, huh? So far, so good. A bit of a rough time during afternoon nap today, but she's doing great with the adjustment! She gets used to it a bit more each day. By Sunday we should be trying overnights too.
Mmmm..Donuts!
