Teeth and more teeth

I have no idea how many teeth are in that mouth today...it sure seems like a lot! They keep appearing, and they seem to be creating their own little rows and patterns. But these are the ones that fall out, right? She was being oh-so-cheesy for the camera and when I asked her to show me her teeth...that's just what she did! The tooth fairy is going to have a field day with this kid someday. No wonder she puts everything in her mouth right now. Happy brushing!

Landscape, after & before& after

I had to go on a hunt to find the 'before' shots... Which means this post is all out of order! Here's part of the after...

And this is obviously a 'before' shot.

The spray paint indicates where the landscaping is now.

And one final 'after' shot. We LOVE it. Come party with us...it's lookin' good on the patio these days!

Additions to the big girl room

I took a day at the beginning of the month to paint this recent yard sale score...perfect bed for the babies!

And this custom built piece! I asked our friend Bob to make this dollhouse shelf with the openings large enough to fit these cubby drawers. I think they'll come in handy for storing barbies and dolls. Once the girls get older, we'll paint the inside decor too! For now, it's cute in white to match the big girl room.
Now, if we could get her to stay in her big girl bed we'd be doing great!

More Water Play with Daddy

It's hot! And the calendar says September. So, watering the plants also takes care of bored, hot children.

It doesn't matter how cold that water is...she is fearless! Looking at these pics, I realize I never did a post about our landscaping. It arrived a couple of weeks ago...guess I had better get out there and photograph.

Joyful Girl!

More camera play. Testing lighting and exposures. But still some major cuteness here!

One. happy. girl!

Farm Girl?

Apparently it's a "sit on a tractor and read your book" kind of day!

That can't be comfortable.

But it's not stopping our girl! Hee - haw.

Big News!

Oh, yes. she. did! Yay! We finally made tinkles in the potty. Although I believe it was more of a flook and she was just as surprised as I was, we celebrated nonetheless! It's official now that we have one sticker on the chart. (Yes I can see that there are two...she was so excited about the sticker, she wanted one for herself. ..and that's where it landed.) It's the little things, isn't it?
