Sophie!

We cleaned out the toy box this weekend.  And in our spree to get rid of the 'baby' toys,

we stumbled across our old pal, Sophie!

It was like Lucy had found a long lost friend. 

I guess this little pal won't be going out with the other baby toys -she obviously is still quite loved.

Reunited and it feels so good!

Craft time

Who knew that one little craft kit of foam Santas would be so much fun?  Caroline had a blast - and made all of them right away.  She followed the guide and did them step by step, and hung them on the tree!  You can find almost all of them - on the lower branches of our tree!  She even made one for Santa himself! 

The nativity

 We opened an Advent gift at the Smith house this week - a nativity scene!

 Caroline was so excited she was snapping pretend pictures of it.   - and this pose is what she told me baby Jesus was doing when she took his picture.

Yep.  Jesus is our Rock Star.  Happy Advent to you, too!

We are very serious about our coloring

You can see that we are quite involved in our coloring these days.  Two can play at this game.  For hours on end - or until we eat the crayons or we fight over them.  But for now, they were perfectly content.  I really hope Santa brings two of everything this year!
