Christmas Day

Just a little excited about going to see our cousins today and get more presents!!!
And I enjoyed playing with the camera and tried to capture moments of the day....

It was a beautiful relaxing day spent with loved ones.  We couldn't be more blessed.  As you can tell, there were smiles and good food all around.  Even our White Elephant exchange was truly a white elephant this year, complete with a Dashboard Jesus, French fry lip balm, singing birds, floppy hats, colored mustaches and more!  It sure is fun to watch these kids grow, and see how much joy they get just from being with one another!

Christmas Morning!

All smiles in the Smith house today!
Grandpa came over to see what Santa brought - and Lucy takes his order!
The girls opened up their aprons, and note pads - so we started our morning by playing 'restaurant'.

 FRUIT SNACKS!!!!

 A doll for Caroline!
And Little People house for Lucy!

 Good times for sure!
And Lucy stumbled into a box from the aftermath.  Hilarious.  And yes, I just left her there and went to get the camera!  Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve Part 2

This has to be my favorite photo ever.  Just hilarious in my opinion.
Lucy comes home from church and promptly checks on Jingle.
Now here's a bit more excitement for Santa!
Santa, I love you.  Caroline - American Girl Doll.  Lucy - Fruit Snacks.  Please
I think he'll like what we've left!
Wow!  He was here!
And look who is hiding under the tree again!

What fun!  Caroline ran in our room Christmas morning and woke us and said that Santa had been here!  She'd already been downstairs to check it out!  :)  Great memories!

Christmas Eve- part 1

It was a beautiful night to go to church - and look who we found when we got there!
Evan played trumpet for the youth service - Grandma Ward would have been so proud!  I was!

Santa comes tonight - do we look just a little excited?

Even Grandpa is looking good!
